When will my letter mail each month?

We ship our letters by the end of each month.

 

How long does it take for my letter to arrive?

We use USPS to send our letters and unfortunately we cannot guarantee a delivery date. You should receive your letter around 1-2 weeks from your mailing date within the US and within 30 days for international subscribers.

 

What happens if I don't receive my letter?

Due to the nature of the USPS shipping method sometimes letters do get lost in transport. Please allow up to 21 days from your subscribing date to receive your letter (30 days for international). If it hasn't arrived by then, please let us know and we'll be happy to send you another free of charge!

 

When will my card be charged?

When you first subscribe you are immediately charged. Thereafter, your renewal will take place on the 5th day of each month for Letter Tier and Sticker Tier, and on the 15th day of each month for Pen Pal Tier subscribers. 

 

How much does the shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on all U.S. subscriptions. For the international shipping kindly check the rates below.

 

Do you mail letters internationally?

Absolutely. The only difference is a postage price - $1.30 for an international stamp for a Letter Tier.

The shipping cost for the Sticker Tier is: $1.30 to Canada, $1.96 to Mexico, and $2.50 for the rest fo the world.

The shipping cost for the Pen Pal Tier is: $11 to Canada, and $17 for the rest of the world.

The international shipping cost is going to be added during the checkout.

 

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you can. To cancel, skip a month, or change your address, simply create an account at checkout. From your account, you can complete any of the above tasks. And of course, if you have any questions, send us a note via the CONTACT section. If you did not create an account during checkout, you will checkout as a guest instead.... in which case you will need to email us to cancel or modify your subscription.

 

What is the letter about?

Each month's letter tells the story of a curious girl Nikki traveling around the world and the conversations she’s having with the animals she meets on the way. All letters are packed with animal fun facts and are a new, exciting way of learning. Not only are they educational but also a custom work of art!

What age group are the letters designed for?

Although Animail Adventures was created with children in mind, many adults enjoy receiving our beautifully illustrated letters in their mail. The letters are for kids of all ages, and I prefer to leave it up to the parents to decide. We recommend signing up for a month, then if you don't feel it's right for your child, you can cancel at anytime.

 

How do I update my address?

If you need to update your mailing address, please send us an email and we can get that handled for you.

 

How can I access my downloadable activity sheets?

With every letter you’ll get additional downloadable activity sheets that will enhance your letter experience and provide even more fun! From coloring sheets full of additional animal fun facts to puzzles and check your knowledge exercises. Sign up for our e-mail list when you place your order and your Activity Sheets will be delivered straight into your inbox!

How many should I order?

We recommend one subscription per family. If you are subscribing to the Sticker Tier or the Pen Pal Tier you are welcome to order one for each member of the family, but do keep in mind that they will be receiving the same letter.

 

Is every letter handwritten?

Every letter is a copy of an original hand-illustrated letter. Every element of each Tier is designed and hand illustrated. Each sticker, collectors card, postcard and greeting card is a small piece of art. 

 

Can I receive a refund?

Due to the nature of the items, refunds are not available at this time. If you are unsure if these letters will be a good fit for your child, you can subscribe to a monthly subscription for only $9 to try it out. You can cancel at any time!  **You are responsible for making sure to cancel any subscription before it renews. Once it renews, we cannot cancel the order.
